Quality Policy

GateSet Security Systems considers the quality, environmental, health and safety management systems and in adopting these appropriate quality standards are inseparable part of its management function and as a key to GateSet’s overall success in meeting customer expectations at the highest level and providing error-free service and products to all partners and customers.  Thus, the company views these management systems as a primary responsibility for continuous improvement in its quality management activities.

The Quality policy implemented on;

- Complying with relevant laws and regulations as well as internal requirements,

Continuously challenging ourselves to improve the quality management system to guarantee product quality, prevent quality incidents and eliminate defects through the review of quality objectives and results,

- Training our staff in the needs and responsibilities of quality management.

- Encouraging participation and promotion of quality responsibilities amongst all employees and third parties through standards, education, training and coaching, supervision and effective communication.

- Working closely with our customers and suppliers to establish and maintain the highest quality standards.

 

At GateSet, we implement the Quality Policy through the application of our GateSet Quality Management System which is in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 that is the most commonly used international standard that provides a framework for an effective quality management system and TÜRKAK QMS TS EN ISO/IEC 17021. Each and every GateSet employee is involved in and dedicated to achieving high Quality standards for our customers and partners through the application of the GateSet QMC.

To sustainably create value and to effectively and efficiently build customer satisfaction and trust, quality at GateSet is;  

- To guarantee full compliance by respecting our policies, principles and standards with full transparency,

- To ensure preference and consistency to satisfy customers by offering products, systems and services that always meet or exceed their expectations,

- To strive for zero defects and no waste by constantly looking for opportunities to apply our continuous improvement approach to deliver competitive advantage,

- To engage everybody’s commitment across our complete value chain and at all levels of our company to build the GateSet’s Quality Culture.

 

Quality Management System

The GateSet Quality Policy is achieved through the implementation of the GateSet Management System.All functions across the value chain are responsible for achieving Quality objectives and continuously improving Quality performance.Management by process is an essential principle of Quality Management System which provides the framework for attaining and maintaining compliance, measuring performance and continuing to achieve customer satisfaction. We ensure full alignment of QMS to ISO Quality standards and expect that our external business partners demonstrate their alignment with our requirements to achieve compliance to all related standards. QMS is implemented across our company and verified by independent third party certification bodies (FQC and TÜRKAK). We enhance the effectiveness of QMS through the use of the Enterprise Management System tools and methods.
